The latest Foxtel Business iQ service will be installed into all holiday units, providing premium TV channels, live sport, 24 hour global news, on-demand content and movies, app streaming and local information for a fraction of the price of residential Foxtel.

How Foxtel Business iQ differs to residential Foxtel
1. STREAMERS
Residential Foxtel allows you access any of your streamer subscriptions (Netflix, Disney+ etc) within the Foxtel application, once you are logged on to them.
With Foxtel Business iQ, your streamers sit outside of the Foxtel service and are accessed directly via your smart TV OR may be streamed via your device directly onto your screen via the Foxtel service.
2. CONTENT
With residential Foxtel, you typically have an 'essentials' content package and may buy additional 'bundles', for which you pay a monthly fee (e.g. sport, movies, Foxtel Plus).
Foxtel Business iQ is not modular. You get all the content (movies, sports, HBO etc) in one place, with a different interface.
3. NO HARD DRIVE - ALL IN THE CLOUD
While you can 'pause' live TV on Foxtel Business iQ, you cannot record programs as there is no hard drive on this system. You can, however, save on-demand programs in your watch list to return to later.

Before 1 October. We will ask for your name, Aegean apartment number and contact details. We will then send you a payment link.
Pay One Month Up Front ($39)
By close of business 1 October. After that you will be billed $39* monthly in advance. (Price includes GST).
*First six months. $59/month thereafter for same service.
Go Live Beginning of November
Installation and start of service is scheduled for beginning of November, subject to contract. We will coordinate with you and Foxtel to get you connected and up and running.

How much will it cost? Be honest. What will I get clobbered with after the first six months' special rate?
If you sign up by 29 September, you will be charged just $39/month for full Foxtel Business iQ access for the first six months.
No set-up/installation fee. No fee for the set-top box. No fee for support.
After six months, the monthly rate goes up to $59/month, which is still vastly cheaper than the full residential Foxtel rate. It will stay at this rate for at least 12 months. After that it may increase in line with inflation. We will notify you in advance of any price increases that Foxtel will pass on to us but you may cancel at any time, with a month's notice.
After the initial six month period, you will still be able to access the same full-content services (i.e. live sport, 24 hour global news, HBO, on-demand movies etc).
How will I be billed?
To be included in our limited time special offer, you will need to pay for one months' Foxtel service up front by 1 October ($39, including GST). We will send you an invoice and payment link for this via our secure server. After that, you will be invoiced monthly for the service in advance, so your next bill will be at the beginning of November when the service launches (which will be for the month of December). Invoices will be sent by email and you may choose to pay by direct debit.
You may cancel at any time with one month's written notice.
What are the requirements for me to have Foxtel installed in my apartment?
1. A TV
2. A Wi-Fi service in your apartment. No internet? Speak to us regarding options and special offers.
3. A functioning aerial connection in your apartment and connection to your TV. If you can watch terrestrial TV on your your television, you already have this

Is there a minimum period? What if I change my mind?
You are not locked in. There is no contract. You will pay up front for the first month. After that you are free to cancel at any time, by emailing us notice one month in advance.
Can I still watch my subscriber streamers on this service (Netflix, Disney+ etc)?
If you have already have subscriptions to streaming services like Paramount, Netflix etc, you can continue to access them by either using the app on your smart TV (i.e. outside of the Foxtel service) OR stream from your device into Foxtel.
How does the Foxtel set-top box attach to my TV?
Via the HDMI port at the back of your TV. Compatible with all existing HDMI input TVs (no SmartTV or other TV panel upgrade required).
A 'set-back-box' rather than a set-top box, Foxtel's Business iQ box is mounted, with thermal displacement, behind your television. Nice and tidy, out of sight!
I already have (residential) Foxtel. Can I upgrade/switch?
The Aegean's Foxtel service uses a different set-top box, remote and server to residential Foxtel so you won't be able to 'convert' using your existing set-up. However, if you are not locked into a long contract with Foxtel and can cancel your existing account by 1 November, you can move to the latest Foxtel Business iQ service with no installation or set-top box fees and no contract, providing you sign up by 1 October. Can I use the same set-top box I currently have for residential Foxtel?
No. Foxtel Business iQ has its own set-top box and remote. The good news is that the installation fee ($120) and the set-top box ($400) will be waived for this offer. The set-top box for Foxtel Business iQ bolts neatly on to the back of your TV. Hidden and out of sight. More space on your furniture!
Can I record programs?
Unlike residential Foxtel, Business iQ Foxtel does not have a hard drive and content is 'in the cloud'. This means that, while you can 'pause' live TV, you cannot record a live program on this system. You can however, save on-demand programming to your watch list for future viewing.
I am unable to commit by 1 October. Have I missed out?
Fees for the installation ($120) and the set-top box ($400) have been waived for this bulk business offer. However, we may still be able to offer Foxtel services more competitively at a business rate than for residential Foxtel after the cut-off date. Installation and set-top box fees will apply will apply after 1 October, however. Please contact us directly for further information.
